Hi everyone. Just joined the couch to 5k app. I'm a complete novice. But determined to do this challenge. Get myself out there & enjoy!! Aim is to eventually progress from 5k to 10k. Do charity events! Mainly to keep fit & healthy & to enjoy what life as to offer. Not getting any younger!! X
