Well what can I say... birthday week, so I didn’t get to finish this week 😫. On good note though I’m only one run away and I’m doing great... 🏃‍♀️

I do feel I run my best in the evening or when my legs have woken up lol 😂. This morning I ran when not long getting up, well let’s say Mind was willing but the legs were bit behind. 🤪🏃‍♀️

Hence my pace was a tad slower...

hope you are all doing well, keep up your good work and power through the bad days. 😀

D day is Monday for me 🏆. I’m away for my birthday so can’t fit my last run In. Have great weekend everyone whatever you do. 😘😊

Plus it said indoor run on my watch I picked. But I assure you I can’t run round my house for 5k lol 😂

🤣🤣🤣 seen myself running round many car parks for that last 500m but inside a house! Maybe nat as you say. Enjoy that graduation run, it really is a great one. Happy birthday and happy running
