Its such a beautiful place Alan to go for a walk. I visited St Andrews over 25 years ago when on a self drive holiday in Scotland. Just stunning. 🙂

I would have loved to have a look at the course, but there was a tournament on at the time, but the area is just beautiful. 🙂

2022, St Andrews will host the 150th Open Golf Championship in July.

No, I don't play golf, like to watch it, very expensive for a round of golf at the Old Course at St Andrews, £100 and that's off peak.

I think a walk, run or bike ride through Tentsmuir Forest would be a great experience, it stretches from near Guardsbridge near St Andrews to Tayport opposite Dundee on the Tay Estuary, 50 Square miles.
