The first two weeks I was feeling good about the runs, not too tired, and not too out of breath. Today with the 3 min run I felt myself a lot more exhausted than I thought I'd be! Feels like a big step up from last week.

Just take all the runs slowly, perhaps you ran too fast, also, drink plenty of water every day so that you won't get dehydratrd when running.

You have to slow down more the longer the runs get, then you get faster later on as you get stronger
