I had minor knee problems at week 2 and bought a brace, I think by week 4 I didn’t need it anymore but it really helped. Aches are fine but if it is painful then be careful and rest up.
I completed w1 yesterday, so happy, I think the biggest challenge had already been beaten, the start of the journey, just think 8 weeks to 5k. We can and will do it!
Well done! I had 2 rest days inbetween, but am course for week 1 3rd run on mon. I was feeling pretty unmotivated in general prior to starting this, but it's picking up! Thanks everyone
