Getting my fitness back

End of week 2 and feeling great!!Today I had to run on a trendmill, and felt so different and awkward, I'm definitely a park run girl! Can't wait to start running for longer periods in w3!!

This time round I feel so much more focused on my goal 🎯🥇

I agree with you completely about the treadmill (dreadmill)!

I had to resort to it running on one yesterday in the gym as my usual route was underwater or covered in loads of slippery mud! I don't like the treadmill, but it served its purpose I suppose.

I have only run on one twice before - the first for gait analysis last year when I started my first (nearly-got-there-if-it-hadn't-been-for-a-foot-injury-😩!) attempt at c25k, and then at the beginning of this month to get me started on my third c25k attempt.

Good luck!
