So I took everyone’s advice and didn’t run consecutive days earlier in the week as a cancellation came up so I had chance to run on Thursday. I found today’s run hard as I seem to have done something to my left knee, which meant I was leaning over my right side, then managed to twist that knee so now I’ve got 2 swollen knees 🙈
This is something I was expecting to come up against so I will be looking into knee supports and things over the next few days as I imagine my next run will have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest...
But there we go- week 2 complete ✅
