W3R1 done! Go me! Was quite hard on the (54 yr) old legs, but as soon as the 5 minute walk-down, warm-down was done, felt quite back to 'normal'. Loving this programme at the moment, hope I keep it up - so many temptations, distractions, life-complications and detractors in the way, but... Micheal J gave a great tip that involved a hedge...
Any middle age wannado's out there that need a bit of a nudge, encouragement or motivation, trust me, please... JUST DO IT !... ooh! I like that phrase, might try and copyright it

Well done and great that you are enjoying the program. I returned to running at 49 with the help of Couch to 5k and the lovely Laura (Michael J was doing other things at the time!).
