Well, as most of you predicted, this set went much better than the day 2 set... I even ran on for a minute or two after the last 3 minute run, just to prove to myself that I could. Next week has a lot less fear for me now!

Funny how 2 runs are never quite the same.
I've got much better now at slowing down when I'm finding it tough. It's a really hard lesson though and doesn't come naturally.
Another week in the bag, you're doing great!

Well done, but sticking rigidly to the plan is the best way to avoid doing too much too soon.
