Well I completed w8r3. Really didn’t want to go out.. pushed myself and so glad I went. Bit windy but bright morning.

Thought I’d be really slow, but seem to have kept my pace from before Christmas. Now I can see the finish line in my grasp, being on w9 🏃‍♀️😀. Thanks for your support means a lot. 😀🏃‍♀️

Hi Kg68. Sounds like our stories are similar. I got stuck on W8r3 because of a cough and cold but decided yesterday to just get out and try and do what I could. Pleased to say I managed it and like you now looking at Week 9. Good luck and see you at the finish line 😊
