First run of week 2 completed. The increase from 60 seconds to 90 seconds is definitely noticeable but I felt I didn’t struggle so much with 60 seconds as I did in week 1. Looking forward to some Pilates on my rest day and that back to it on Thursday!

You are doing very well Getfitter1980, you found 90 second run easiier than the 60 seconds run of last week, very good, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2.

Well done you! I've just finished my w1r3 so will be doing my w2r1 on thursday. I'm not looking forward to the 90 seconds but I think I will prefer running 6 times instead of 8 as I always struggle with the last 2 runs. Good on you 👍👍
