A bit of a disaster this morning, ran by the canal but was very wet and sloppy nearly went over a couple of times, then bumped into someone we know and it seemed to go to pot! Will be doing run again but not by the canal when it’s been raining!

Well done on getting out. I tried walking the dog along our canal path this morning - I’m putting it down as a good training session for the legs 😂 couldn’t contemplate trying to run it so gold star for the attempt 🌟 😊

😂 thank you! It could definately have been worse! That made am laugh! Will re do the run and see where we go from there.
