Well Accuweather said dry in 2 minutes so that galvanised me. Pre- breakfast run too and as I ran, sun came out and wind was not too blowy.
Somehow the middle bit was hard but the bell always perks me up. I decided to up my speed too so it might have been that, so slowed again to snail.
Run done and dusted and my distance increased too so the increased pace must have helped. Getting to the end of the 30 minutes right now is just fine!!! Only ONE more run.. eeeeek 😁
