Started the c25k with my baby sister and daughter Monday, we have completed 2 of the runs so far, off on the next one at lunch time today! The girls both compete in mixed martial arts so this has been great for their cardio! And so inspirational at just 10 and 12 💪💪💪 I'm thinking we might repeat some of the weeks whilst they build stamina? Thought?

Slow and steady, have fun and enjoy increased fitness, repeat as many runs as you need it all increases stamina
