Hooray for week 3. The three minute runs feel lovely, like I've settled, got my breathing sorted and a bit of a rhythm going which doesn't seem to happen in the 90 second bits. Roll on next week.

Glad you enjoyed week 3's first run, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, a popular week for graduates who have not ran for a little while, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3

Well done. So nice when you come back feeling really good about a run

That’s so encouraging to hear. I’ve hated W2 and I’m moving on this week so I’m looking forward to finding some rhythm.
