Hi cerisanne the best tips you will get is to keep well hydrated even in on rest days . Go slow and make sure you have at least a days rest in between each run if you feel you need 2 then take 2. If you follow the program you can’t go wrong. So many people of all different shapes , sizes and ages have completed c25k and gone beyond my self included. I think the hardest part is the 1st few weeks when you’re tying to find a pace that’s suits you. Good luck
