So this morning I decided to ditch the long list of jobs for the day and have a run first. I have been struggling with with winter and have really dropped off the regular runs. This morning I ran just over 5k and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I little present to me! Merry Christmas everyone

Lovely! I did my first morning run today before breakfast! It's a bit different to an evening run! I almost feel like I should be relaxing now and not being up and doing stuff!! Very odd! Glad you had a good run! 😁
