Such a shame you can't run.
Do you have proper running shoes and I don't mean the most expensive just trainers that are for running.
Are you landing your foot directly underneath you.
Try and land softly as possible and not thud thud. It just takes more practice.

Thanks. Yes brought running shoes week 2. Brought some deep heat. Played badminton yesterday. Think I land ok. I run slow. More rest for the weekend. Should I go back a week as be a week since run when I go back next week as will give myself the weekend off unfortunately. Been sporty all my life playing racquet sports and never had shin pain 😞

Take the time now to rest it or it will be worse later. Our bodies are not machines and even machines need regular servicing and maintenance. Make sure you are doing plenty of stretching, use the video above for recovery.
Try not to get frustrated, concentrate on how far you've come 👍🏻😁
I'm on week 8 and I have graduation in sight, but the day before yesterday I started feeling a pain in my inside right ankle. The weather here is lovely this morning and I'd love to go for run 2, but I'll be planting bulbs in the garden instead. Frustrating or what.
very much so... but better just an extra day rest or two now than a month off later... (fingers crossed!!)
