Hi all, just a bit of encouragement for those of you struggling or worried about coming back from an injury. Just after completing week 6 I needed to take a couple weeks off due to an old back injury which started playing up (and I'm now getting ongoing treatment for). Was finally given the clearance to try running again and was told I should be able to pick up where I left off (start of week 7). Well, set off today quite nervous but trusted what I was told and had read in a previous post about being able to maintain fitness for 2ish weeks and, maybe because of the stretches I've been doing, found this one the easiest 25 minutes yet! Hoping things will only get easier from here and I'll now be able to complete the remaining weeks pain-free...
