Hi, I started juju's 5 to 10k plan and am doing the timed version. On Saturday I completed the week 3, 44 minute run. Today I went out and had to abandon the 30 min run to finish off the week. I have put it down to a summer cold/hay-fever and generally feeling low on energy... Any advice to perk me back up and re fid enthusiasm welcome!!!

Some runs just don't go to plan. Have a rest day then go out again . Good luck 😊

It’s tough running out there at the best of times at the moment... if you’re coming down with something then it’s no surprise that it didn’t go as planned today. Well done for getting out there and crossing another start line, every run makes you stronger and fitter, every run has a purpose.
See if you do develop a cold, and let some of this heat go... the forecast is looking better for running in a couple of days.
