I was out with tonsillitis and of course antibiotics for 10 days , felt reasonably better and went for my run w5r1 ( I left it there!) next day ( literally) sore throat and fever again ...
Looks like I’m gonna be out of circulation for 2 more weeks ...
What is the best way to continue the program ?

Just take it easy for a few days and rest up. And when you feel better give another day or twos rest. Then come back at week 5. You’ll be fine. Happens to us all. It’s part of running.
When you have had an illness like that and been on antibiotics.. you need at least a week after finishing the medication to recover
Your body and the antibiotics are fighting an infection...and it is a mistake to underestimate that strain... so... rest up and fully recover.
The runs wait... they are great at that...
When you feel well... head out for a very gentle jogette... maybe the beginning of Week 5... and listen to your body..it is your best guide. Move on slowly... you know you can do this week, so no pressure.
