Week 3 run 2 in the heat!

Just got back from this run, was tough in the heat but did it! Pretty slow atm but guess it’s about endurance not speed when you start.

My knees have been aching after my last few runs but then I did do 2 runs in 2 days so maybe because of lack of a rest day... difficult to fit in 3 runs around work otherwise though.

Well done if you can fit in 2 runs per week that's ok it's better than running in consecutive days and injuring yourself and then your out of running 😊

Well done. Speed is not the aim of this programme, but the ability to run for thirty minutes. Keep it nice and slow (embrace your inner snail 🐌). Have you seen the video on YouTube about Japanese slow jogging? It’s a game changer. It certainly saved my bacon!
