W10 R1 All alone

It was a bit strange to be running this morning without Laura and her positive encouragement but nice to not be carrying my phone in my hand. I looked at 5K+ but don't want to run with music in the countryside. Still find it unbelievable that I can actually run!

It certainly is - I'm still very slow - not doing 5K in 30 mins yet - but I'm sure my speed will increase now my breathing is getting easier.
