So, moved house 2 weeks ago (in background of picture) and this is my first run in a totally new part of Spain. Didn’t think to check temperature before setting off - did most of my run in 28C!!! So managing 6 and a half minutes per km for 5km was pretty satisfying (if somewhat stupid...) - cool shower and lots of weak orange squash to recover!

Good run for you Diverlzzie in 28C heat, they say that parts of Spain and France will have record high temperatures going up to 45C/113F, just hope you keep cool. Those type of temperature are more likely to be found in Saudia Arabia, not Spain or France.

Well done DiverIzzie! Hope you enjoy your new home - when unpacking, have you found anything that you really don’t recognise? I always seem to when I’ve moved - unpacked a pair of horrible blue sheets once which I have no recollection of ever having bought! And well done on running in that heat!
