Day 1, run 1 complete!! Back to basics for me. Used to be a keen runner and have been off piste for about 3 years and gained 2 stone! hoping this will help me re-discover my mojo and shed some excess lbs along the way - but more importantly to gain the mental and headspace benefits of regular exercise!
