I've just started getting my jogging/running mojo back, I have an old sports injury which I'm building on making stronger as i progress through my journey..

Thank you, I used to do alot of sport, played rugby also but somehow lost my mojo which hopefully is returning. Good luck to you also x

Hi good so far, eased myself in with a small 2½km friday, did a 5k parkrun with mates in saturday, and nearly 4k last night, find ut so much easier running with people. X

Didn't rest Friday - Saturday as was spontaneous to get back out but learnt the hard way Sunday so rested well then x

Thank you, I'm following the App, but with support of mates running 5k Park Run on a Saturday but in my own time and pace. X

Sounds familiar. I'm building up an injury as well, trying to get my knee muscles to work again. It's worth looking at support bandages to help prevent further damage to yourself whilst you build up the muscles. Good luck!

I've been using muscle tape as it's the metatarsal of all places and 99% of supports dont go low enough so this way I can cover and wrap were I feel the pain. Good Luck x
