Hi good so far, eased myself in with a small 2½km friday, did a 5k parkrun with mates in saturday, and nearly 4k last night, find ut so much easier running with people. X

Sounds familiar. I'm building up an injury as well, trying to get my knee muscles to work again. It's worth looking at support bandages to help prevent further damage to yourself whilst you build up the muscles. Good luck!
