Hi everyone. Me and my mate completed W2R1 on Monday. Due to work commitments etc, we are embarking on W2R2. Does the 4 day gap really matter? Tia. X

No - you have to fit it in with life. I have taken three months to do the 9 weeks because of work/kids etc. I have sometimes done a little run which has not been one of my three for that week too. As long as you keep doing it, you will be fine! Enjoy it xxx

Not at all, take the plan at your own pace, I mostly did it running twice a week because of other commitments, so 9 weeks was nearer 12 for me. Just keep doing then runs in order 😀

Agreeing with the above posts, the gap doesn't matter. I started in January, had a break late March/early April because of a muscle issue, and am now on week 7. Just keep on when you can! Enjoy x

I don’t think it matters, it’s the motivation and commitment to continue which is important although running regularly gives confidence. I started in Feb and hope to complete next week 😊

Nope..at least one rest day between runs is essential..but if you take more..that is okay. Lifestyle and work commitments mean we have to be flexible.
