I'm so very impressed by my progress. 3 28 minute runs completed. I have to say I don't love running YET ( I do hope that will come with time) - but I just love being able to do it and knowing it will help exercise my heart and improve my health. I am still just astonished every time I finish. I think I might have even improved a tiny bit on speed today. Week 9 here I come...

Good for you AtlantaG on almost completing C25K, you will slowly actually like running, especially after you graduate, nice to get through the program without repeating any runs or weeks, that is allowed, good luck for your graduation run.

Thank you - but I don't think anyone could be slower than me! I'm sure that I can probably walk at the same pace but walking never ever gets me into the cardio zone. You'll be catching me up and overtaking!
