I’ve completed w8r3! Very slow - 3.8km - now To spend my next three runs trying to crack 5k before my graduation park run with the other local C25K-ers. 😄😎🏃♀️

Well done on finishing week 8
My advice is to not try and get to 5k in week 9, the programme is more about running 30 mins. Get week 9 out of the way, consolidate, then work on your distance. There's no point risking injury when most people don't do 5k in the 9 weeks.
Enjoy the running for the duration, plenty of time to worry about distance.

Well done. And like others say, don't worry about the distance. You're getting further than I am, and I just graduated. Finish the programme safely and enjoy it.
