Phew 1st part complete 🥴🙂

Morning everyone, so after waiting for our wonderful “British summer” continuous rain to finally take a break after a week, I’ve just joined this site and completed my 1st couch to 5k, yaayyyy 🙂 it was not “quite” as bad as I thought, 🥴but towards the end I just kept telling myself this first run is the hardest one you’ll ever do, the first get dressed and get out there, 1st step forward, 1st time I don’t know what to expect, first time I’ll walk home like Jonn Wayne (google him anyone under 45 🙂) now sat in the sunshine for the 1st time in a week. here’s to the 2nd session 🤪
