I get bored easily so took a run somewhere a bit more rugged today - and it was a bit warmer.

I only have two runs left and am struggling to see how I’ll get to 5k, anyone else a bit of a slow coach like me ?

I didn't get to 5k during the c25k either. Just take it slow and steady, it'snthe c2 30 mins running which is important...the 5k will come

Well done and what a beautiful photo. Also a lot of people do not get to 5k in 9 weeks . Slow is good it will get you to the end of each run. If you don't mind me asking where is the picture taken 😊

I wouldn’t worry too much Rosieposie. The idea of the plan is to run 30 minutes and I don’t think many people actually get to 5k at the end. I can’t imagine I’m going to get anywhere close to 5k when I (eventually) graduate. But if I can run non stop for 30 minutes I’ll be very happy and will work on distance after that. There’s plenty of time! Happy running - and well done on getting this far!
