Yippee! Three cheers for me, I actually ran 5k! It wasn’t fast and it wasn’t pretty but I ran the whole way. Set Sarah up to talk me through my Week 7 run 1 until I got to the end of that. Then once she told me I could stop and walk I basically thought “right, the pressure is off now I’ll keep running until I feel that I need to walk and then I will walk the rest”. But I managed to keep running all the way to the end. Feeling so pleased now.
