Another week closer but what a struggle with run 3. I got into the pace but aching calves most of the time. Kept it slow and distracted myself with Just a Minute podcast but it was the roughest one of the week .
Dog child felt the same but she has had sore arches most of the week, she gets cramp there too, but ballet training for all those years has made her tough it out. Thinking of the final week and graduation without fear of failure now. That's really a novelty as it was only this week I started to look forward to the next run. Already reading posts on consolidation and have accepted my addiction with pride.π How I'll manage on holiday in 35 degrees plus who knows? Himself is still laughing at the thought of this night owl getting up before him, I have told him I'll still expect my morning brew... only now when I get backπ
