I've been doing pretty well up til now, completed all of W6 okay but did W6R3 on Sat 8th & haven't been since! Planning on W7R1 tomorrow, does anyone think this is a bad idea with the long gap?

1 week gap is ok just go out for your planned run good luck 😊

That is not a long gap... just take it steady and slow and relax into the longer runs:)
