I Need guidance, advise or help

I started c25k on 16/05.

Unfortunately I was not ready to run W4 and I decided to repeat W3 .. technically I’m in w5 but due to work and unexpected flu and not going to be able to run this week ( I seriously need rest!)

I’m planning start again this coming Monday

My question is ? Should I repeat W3 or start running W4 despite the fact I’m not running this week?

There are no time constraint on your weeks. They are numbered but if you have done all of week three then the next progression is week four regardless of what week it is on the calendar. This is to help you repeat weeks, like you said you didn’t feel ready to go up to week four, personally I would say try week three again and see how it feels, it could be you were struggling because you were coming down with something. If it feels fine the progress to week four, if it is still a bit of a struggle do all of week three again. Calendar months really are unimportant. Take care. Rfc x

As the guide to the plan states healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.

Pick up where you left off.
