My knee probs mean as many rest days as it needs to recover but this time it was a week! So researched and invested in a new Knee Brace that arrived Friday (Exodus) so come what may I went out Sat morning. Well had a terrible run, weather was windy and raining, young dog was a pain( probably due to weather) had to keep stopping to make adjustments..... few aches and pains in different places etc etc. Consoled myself that at least I had been out. As recommended kept brace on for a while afterwards, carried on my day and decided to strike off the day and repeat as soon as knee allowed. Well Today I feel great Knee feels better than it has since I started and even before that. Going to carry on W3R1 next. Moral; Even a bad run can be Good... KEEP POSITIVE.

Excellent to hear you’ve had success with a solution to your pain. Good luck for the rest of your program.
