W9R3 done I’ve graduated!!

What an amazing run! Strangely I felt nervous about running this morning partly because it was the last one of the programme and partly hoping that my ankle holds out until I see the sports physio tomorrow (it actually felt better running than walking!) Changed my route today and saw quite a few runners most of who either said hello or put up their hand to acknowledge me as a fellow runner! Wow!

Well done you!! Amazing - and yes, I hadn’t counted on the friendliness of other runners - I think it’s a mutual respect thing. Definitely makes me feel like a ‘proper’ runner every time I get a nod or a smile!! Happy onward running!!
