With the week I have at work this coming week there's no way would I have managed to run tomorrow, that's why I like running Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I can, if needed move days around without breaking the pattern of one C25K week in an actual week.

I woke at 4:30, not intentional, my inbuilt alarm clock normally wakes me at 6 but I knew I was going to run today.

So 3x 5 minute runs, while it felt taxing I kept to the same pace as weeks 1-4, I'm not afraid to slow down, I'm saving that for the longer runs.

According to my Garmin the Aerobic effort was 3.5 (Impacting), where-as W4R3 was a 4.0 (Highly Impacting) yet I didn't seem to ease up any, I even finished the last 5 minute run slightly up hill and faster. Strange, but hey-ho.

W5R2 is scheduled for Wednesday morning with W5R3 on Friday morning.

Happy running everyone, enjoy and smile.
