I couldn’t be bothered running this week, it’s been 5 days since last one. I could quite easily have not gone again today, but what got me out was thinking of the time and effort that has gone into getting this far. I knew that if I didn’t run today I was probably just stop altogether.
What is encouraging is the look of surprise or admiration from people when you tell them what you’re doing. It gives me a real boost 😊
Anyways, I’m still on the programme, still finding it hard, still waiting to say I enjoy it 😌

hi Archieandme, glad you still continuing👍 I am just ahead of you did run2week8 today after week off but sooo glad to run today and complete it- still hard like you say but really want to stick with it
Well done for getting back on it, you're doing great and the next one is possibly going to be that magical run when you realise that you're actually enjoying it, rather than just getting through it. Took me until the longer runs to get there and even now, the first 5 minutes are just a pain!
Was beginning to feel the same while sitting on the misery couch, but got out there on Wednesday back tp week 3 and surprised myself by actually enjoying it (sort of!) - So you hang in there Archie, you’re doing great and you’re so near the end! And I’m sure you’ll enjoy it soon!
