Hi ,

Just done my 20 minute run, I was dreading it , and it was hard, but that's

The point just tell your self it only a 30 minute workout and ten of those are walking,

Also the high you will get is so worth it ,

I have found it's only after you have done a longer run the shorter ones seem easier,

Chin up and go for it , also isn't it great that everyone is so supportive, good luck you can do this
