Good afternoon from the sunny - and increasingly hot - Costa Blanca!
Haven’t posted for a while, things have been a bit hectic, but I’m still running. (Sadly still without those amazing new Nikes....)
Had a birthday last month, (let’s not talk about the age) and bought myself an Apple Watch, as my trusty Fitbit was becoming more and more temperamental in its old age, and so far, it’s great. But my question is this - does anyone use the Nike running app on their watch? I’ve been reading the reviews and a lot of people have said it’s pretty ‘buggy.’ I like the idea of the coaching, especially as I’m now running for longer than dear Laura tells me to, but I don’t want to be faffing about with it mid run if it’s going to be stopping for no reason.
Any thoughts?

I believe they had a few issues putting guided runs into the series 4 watch, but as far as I knew they’ve resolved this. If you have any issue, tweet them about it via the support links in the phone app, and use the phone app to drive your runs while they fix it.
Belated happy birthday 🎉🎂🎈 who cares about the number, birthdays are now an excuse to buy the expensive toy/gadget/sports apparel that we want but can't really justify any other time 😉😊 I think the rule is the older we get the more we can spend on this item. Any birthday ending in a zero requires obscene spending or multiple purchases throughout that year x 🤗
