Have got a sneaky day off from work today ( I’m a teacher, we’ve just had half term but we have been allowed a ‘well being’ day as an extra bonus) 😊
Have decided to use it for just that - looking after my well being. So got up this morning as if I was going to work and went for my run. 😊
I’ve now planned out my menu for the week and will get that all prepared today. 😊
Feeling positive, prepared and committed to my C25k restart and enjoying the benefits that a healthy mindset and healthier body is giving me ( still a way to go but I’ve started!) 😊
