Week9 Run 3 ✅ - I’ve graduated! 😆🎉🎈🏃🏻‍♀️

After waking up in a panic after dreaming someone had hidden my running gear, I was relieved it was only a dream! If someone had told me a few months ago I’d be upset if I couldn’t go for a run at 6.30 am I’d have said “no, that’s not me!” Just goes to show how your mindset changes when you complete this programme. Had a good graduation run today. No toxic 10, no clock watching. It was fine. Can’t believe I’ve graduated and can run comfortably for 30 minutes. Thanks for all the advice and encouragement from you fellow runners. It’s been great!
