I've pulled my Groin - how long will it take to get better and am I ok to run with the injury? - I suspect not. It's not hugely painful but I can certainly feel it when I start to jog. Any advice on treatment?

Tweaked my Groin
I'm in a similar situation, where I have pulled my groin muscle a few weeks ago. (If you read my last few posts you'll get the whole story). I would recommend skip a run, and then do a few really easy slow and flat 10 minute runs, then increase it to 20 and build from there. That's what I have been doing for the past 2 weeks and today is the first 20 min recovery run that I did without pain there. Also make sure you stretch well before your runs. Sometimes a really gentle run can really help to open the muscle out and make it feel less tight, that's what I experienced anyway. I hope that helps, and let me know how you get on.
Tough.
As with any injury, it will take as long to recover as it takes to recover.
