w3r3, Oh my App

Well that was w3r3 done and dusted. During the walk before the last 3 min run the app froze, thought she had been slent for to long. Tried to get it going but it just sat there. Used strava to time the rest of the run and walk. Anyway the run went better than I thought it would so onto week 4

I had this problem alot so have switched to the podcast. The podcast has its own music so youll know if it's cutting out. Well done on completing week 3, I've got 1 more run of week 3 to go and it is hard one!

NHS couch to 5k one, seems OK so far. Have used it twice cause kept getting annoyed with the app cutting out and have had no problems with it. I have android so downloaded the app castbox and then searched for couch to 5k
