So last night, we ran our Wk2R1.

Doing our warm up, we joked that we would only be running 30seconds longer - what was the big deal??! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

My body KNEW when the clock went past 60seconds! I battled through my jelly legs which set in after the first repetition. By the end of the run, I sensed my achievement imminently! 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻

There was a fitting end to our night run, lots of rain! 🌧 The feeling of running in rain was beautiful! Something to tick off my bucket list.

Thankful for the rest day today, which is filled with lesson planning (yay) and soap catchup 🙌🏻

Try drinking more water - on run days and rest days - that’s often the cause of jelly legs. And my other tip is - your brisk walk can be faster than your run! Slow is fine, slow us how I still run!
