Nearly half way through. Sigh of relief as previous attempts thwarted by ankle injury. As well recommended elsewhere, slow and steady. Best tip, through away all those speed and distance apps, they put pressure on you to go quicker and further. Just enjoy your runs.

Good advice. Nike have pretty much removed all the competitive elements of their app since they were linked with injuries for having them, hopefully Strava will too. My advice to anyone on the plan is to log the run, but don’t look at it for a few months and then see how much you’ve progressed.
