Hi, I’ve just completed W2, R1 and it felt great 😊, I’m running on a treadmill, problem is that, last week I had pain in my inner shins after completing my first week but I rested for 3 days and this is the first time I’ve run since, I’m now in even more pain ☹️ not whilst running but after, I’m presuming it’s shin splints but no idea no idea why it’s my inner leg?
Anyone else had this and what did you do please as I really don’t want it stop running but equally don’t want to do any damage. I did buy a couple of supports which I wore whilst running and also went to a running shop for advice on which shoes to buy so it can’t be that.
