Hi - I completed C25K a couple of years ago but for one reason and another I haven't been out for a run for about a year. I am now working full-time so I am not too sure how I am going to manage three runs a week. I got out today and completed W1R1. It felt good to be out running again. I decided to start at the beginning again as I remember how each week prepares you for the next and so on.

It really helped being able to post on here and reading about other people's experiences. I'm looking forward to making progress.

I’m in the same boat as you - going to start again tomorrow morning after a 9ish month break through illness. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it - I’m hoping I have a similar experience! I’ve missed running a lot but not knowing what to expect is really daunting 😬
