So finished R2 but I really didn't enjoy it. Before I even started I was questioning whether I was in the right head space and if i should run tomorrow instead but decided it was those gremlins trying to sway me!
Nearly gave up half way around but I'm a stubborn goat and continued. I'm the type of person who knows that if I do something once, I can do it again!
I had a bunch of children staying with me for a few days- crazy busy household so didnt really eat much before I ran. Maybe the lack of nutrients could be the reason - who knows . I ran in the afternoon which I've never done before as I usually run in the morning or evening.
One of those days I guess, anyway one run left before I move onto week 8........28mins? Me? Really???

Before you run, run 3 of week 7, have a extra day off, relax and hydrate, drink plenty of water 💦, do the run a little slower than you have ran the previous 3/25 minute runs, onwards and upwards, good luck. 👍 🏃
